Interior renovations to an existing home on South Drive. 

The ensuite bathroom is refinished in real marble tile.  A custom floating vanity was designed with integral double sinks, make up counter and hidden pop up outlets.  The bathroom includes high end fixtures, a steam shower, heated bench, separate toilet room and free standing tub.    The custom master walk-in closet was tailored to the clients belongings.  The closet also includes built in lighting and wine fridge compartment.  

The exterior was upgraded with new large windows with black frames and the exterior was re-finished with a new color.  New dim to warm LED lighting system and white washed hardwood floors were installed throughout the renovated living room, family room and bedrooms.
